For local weddings, we recommend sending your Save the Date 6 to 12 months prior and your Invitations at least 10 to 12 weeks prior with an RSVP date of 5 to 6 weeks before the wedding. For destination weddings, we recommend adding to the timeline to allow guests ample time to book travel arrangements. You should always confirm the final count requirements and deadlines with your venue and caterer.
It is never too early to inquire! We book most couples 9 to 12 months in advance depending on if we are working on Save the Dates. For a full design process and to avoid any rush fees, we like to begin working on your invitation suite at least 5-6 months before your event.
Timelines vary depending on our current schedule, the printing methods, and level of detail to your invitations. Based on your desired in-hand mailing date, we will work backwards to determine the start date. The process from booking to mailing for full custom suites typically takes 10-12 weeks.

We understand that every couple’s stationery needs are different, which is why we work with you to develop an individualized quote with your budget in mind. The cost is largely based on the printing methods and quantity ordered. Custom wedding stationery starts at around $15,000. The average total investment varies between $20,000 - $50,000 for invitations and day-of stationery. Exceptions are made for intimate events and non-wedding work.
No. We only offer final printed products in order to ensure the highest quality for our work. However, we often collaborate with other vendors and create files for fabrications, dance floors, installations, etc. We love to work creatively as a team to produce a cohesive event.
We specialize in letterpress, embossing, debossing, sculptural embossing, foil, engraving, embroidery, painting, and anything else we can dream up together! We love working with clients to determine the best combination of print methods based on their aesthetic. For most couples we mail invitations tracked and insured for a faster and less stressful mailing process. However, a variety of postage options will be curated, discussed and mocked-up during the design process.
Yes! All of the artwork is made custom for each client and done by hand by Erin Braun. Occasionally, we will utilize a vintage piece of artwork, but 90% of the time the artwork is original. That is what sets us apart from other stationery companies!
No! While wedding stationery is the bulk of our business, we love collaborating on a variety of projects - branding, business cards, personal stationery, logos, commissioned art, corporate events, and party invitations, etc. Send us an email and tell us what you have in mind!
